Spider Lift R190 for maintenance and cleaning of photo-voltaic systems

Company owner Christian Kuhfs from Lützen in Saxony Anhalt specializes in civil engineering and assembly work for PV systems, as well as their rental and maintenance. So far, working platforms have been rented for works at height.

Now the decision was made to buy their own spider lift, whereby the choice fell on an Easylift R190. The main reason is the simple control, the appealing performance data and a good price-performance ratio.
Mr. Kuhfs has opted for non-marking gray chains, an automatic levelling function, large shims and a flashing light on the basket as special equipment.

The track mounted R190 is particularly suitable for off-road requirements, for narrow access roads and areas with low floor loads. The climbing ability is 30% slope. Particularly noteworthy in this model is the variable and sectional outrigger setting with enormously lift, the compact dimensions and the very simple operation. Hoses for air and water are also part of the standard equippment.

With a working height of 18.50m, a maximum lateral reach of 11m and a maximum basket load of 200kg, the R190 is suitable for a wide range of applications. The total weight of the fully hydraulic chain work platform is approx. 2,830kg. The overall height is just under 2m and the minimum passage width (without basket) is approx. 0.93m, the minimum transport length is 4.80m. The work basket can be rotated by 180°. The device has a hybrid drive as standard, consisting of a 230V mains drive and a Honda GX390 petrol engine.
