Berlin Brandenburg Airport receives GSR B180T

BER Airport is the gateway to the world for the Berlin-Brandenburg region. The various airport companies already have several work platforms of various categories from Rothlehner. The “Lighting” department recently received a GSR B180T truck work platform on a Mercedes Sprinter 315CDI.
In aviation, lighting largely refers to light signals, e.g. on runway lights or on buildings. The work platforms are used for assembly, maintenance and repairs to ensure operations at the airport.

The B180T with 3-stage telescopic boom offers 17.70m working height, max. 12.70m lateral reach and max. 300kg in the basket. The Comfort X can be supported variably, i.e. it can be supported either on one side, narrowly or wide. This function is particularly helpful in tight spaces when you only want to work on one side. Like all GSR, the B180T Comfort X is robustly built and offers ergonomic, easy operation.
As a special equipment package, the customer opted for an automatic support system and home function. A folding side wall was also installed and flashing lights on the rotating tower.
