Markt Hengersberg expands its fleet with a GSR B220TJ on a Mercedes-Benz Atego

The Markt Hengersberg has expanded its fleet with a GSR B220TJ truck-mounted aerial work platform on a Mercedes-Benz Atego chassis. The unit is used for a wide range of tasks that arise in a municipality like Hengersberg, from street lighting and maintenance work to tasks such as tree pruning and other demanding work at height.

The GSR B220TJ impresses with a working height of 22 m, a lateral outreach of 13.30 m, and a load capacity of 250 kg. These performance figures make it an ideal solution for work at height that requires both precision and flexibility. Especially for tasks such as tree pruning, which are often carried out on uneven terrain or in hard-to-reach areas, the platform offers the necessary safety and efficiency.

The carrier vehicle was chosen for its off-road capable all-wheel drive, which makes it possible to work stably even on difficult surfaces. In addition, the Atego offers high maneuverability, which is particularly advantageous on tight construction sites or in urban areas. These characteristics make the vehicle a reliable partner for the municipality’s wide-ranging requirements.

The automatic outrigger system enables quick and precise stabilizing of the platform, which increases safety on every job.
