EasyLift R210 for Deutschlandhaus Hamburg

Spider Lift was safely brought into prestige object

Not far from the Gänsemarkt in the city of Hamburg, there is currently one of the most notable construction projects. The completion of the Deutschlandhaus by the ABG Real Estate Group in collaboration with the star architect Hadi Teherani is currently on the home stretch. In addition to 30 apartments on 9 floors, Haspa Bank will be the main tenant in the building.

A compact caterpillar platform was included in the plans for maintenance work inside, as well as for caring for the palm trees in the atrium. Rothlehner won the contract with the EasyLift R210. The device was recently introduced into the property in a remarkable event.
For structural reasons, the only possible access was a narrow, uncovered space located around 40 meters within the property boundaries. In order to bring in the work platform and other bulky items, the access road was closed on Sunday, September 24th 2023, and the latest mobile crane from Gustav Seeland GmbH, a Grove GMK6450-1, was made available as a 300-tower. With over 100 employees, the heavy goods logistics provider offers Europe-wide special transport, truck crane work, industrial assembly, engineering services and heavy goods storage. The Seeland team, in collaboration with those responsible at Rothlehner, professionally attached the R210 spider lift and brought it safely and carefully into the building.
