ESR Elektrotechnik takes delivery of an EasyLift R180

18 m tracked platform goes to Styria

ESR Elektrotechnik GmbH , based in Mellach near Graz, will rely on an Easylift R180 tracked aerial work platform from Rothlehner for future work at height. The specialist company led by founder and managing director Robert Rothschedl and his team focuses on photovoltaics as well as building and security technology. To efficiently handle the diverse requirements of its projects, the platform will be used for installation and maintenance work.

With the R180, the company has a powerful, compact solution that is ideal for work in confined spaces. We were also able to supply the matching transport trailer. The unit offers a maximum working height of 17.60 m, a lateral outreach of 8.5 m at 120 kg, and a maximum basket load of 200 kg. As standard, this model features a hybrid drive combining 230 V mains power and a petrol engine. Emission-free indoor use is therefore just as possible as outdoor applications. The 2,300 kg weight is distributed gently over the wide tracked undercarriage. With the adjustable undercarriage, the width can be reduced to 0.89 m. Thanks to the movable jib and the rotating work basket, even awkward roof areas can be reached optimally.

The delivered platform is equipped, among other things, with the options “automatic outrigger setup,” a wired remote control, and non-marking tracks.

We wish many safe and successful operations with the new R180 tracked platform.
