Real estate company takes over 18m trailer working platform

The “Wohnbau Radeberg” has been managing real estate in the town of Radeberg, which has a population of almost 20,000 for several decades. The range of services offered by the real estate company with 25 employees includes the management of condominiums, rental apartments and commercial units, as well as garages and parking spaces.

Wohnbau Radeberg has now invested in an 18m articulated telescopic work platform and opted for a Europelift TM18GT with 10m lateral reach and 200kg basket load.     product video: TM18GT

The TM18GT has a proportional control, a movable jib and a rotatable work basket, with which maneuvering at height is particularly easy. With the “up and over” function, obstacles and protruding buildings can be overcome.
The hydraulic maneuvering drive is standard. Different drive variants are available, a hybrid drive consisting of 230V & Honda direct petrol drive is standard.

The trailer working platform painted in RAL 5015 sky blue will be used for all work on the company’s properties. The compact TM18GT articulated telescope is the ideal device for these all-round applications.
